Featuring Life Coach Leslie Randolph
and a special Zoom appearance by
Amos Gofer, Director of ORT's Kfar Silver Youth Village

Whether you are looking to cultivate more positive emotions in your life or to stop allowing your emotions to control you, this transportive talk will equip you with practical strategies and profound insights to support you on your journey towards emotional well-being and fulfillment.

We ask that each participant make a $36 donation to support ORT's mental health intitiatives for our students at Kfar Silver Youth Village in Ashkelon, Israel.
