Clinton letter 1993 A letter dated September 16, 1993 from President Bill Clinton sends greetings to the 32nd Biennial National Convention of Women’s American ORT. In the letter he writes: “I applaud your efforts to support those with the courage to take responsibility for their lives by developing their skills and increasing their knowledge.”
